END task 2010-Tremonti

Here it is the end of the year again! You need to focus and end the year on a strong note in PPZ! You will be able to pick which end task to complete, but I want them all handed in no later than JUNE 11 2010. Get busy! Finish it early and have time to relax. You will be able to go to the GYM more often if you finish ahead of schedule. Here are your choices:
Design a 5 month fitness plan or
A health FAIR display-outlining a health concern of your choice
Both of these assignments are worth 20% of your final mark. You only have to choose to do ONE of them.
You will also be responsible to complete a POST fitness test at the gym.
Please talk to Mrs. Tremonti once you have decided which project to complete.
